With all the new builds going on in the area, the Nayland Boat sea Angling Society encourages new members who either have a boat or enjoy fishing from a boat to join our club.
We are a catch-and-release club. Our society has been established for more than 30 years, fishing from Westgate and we are now based in Minnis Bay, along the North Kent coast, with immediate access to excellent fishing grounds.
We are also members of the Minnis Bay Sailing Club where a meeting is held on the first Thursday of every month.
Various social events are held throughout the year, including 24 competitions, a summer barbeque and our infamous dinner and dance.
Fishing from Minnis Bay can be very productive, with many species: smooth-hounds, skate, bass, whiting, dogfish, dabs, and even mackerel during the summer period.
We have a small boat storage site at Minnis Bay – also stored here is our tractor for easy launching and recovery of boats.
